Asus
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I've been trying to recover my pc a few times, but every time I click on the "restore my pc button" the computer restarts, and the screen turns black. after 7 hours of nothing happening, I turn the computer back on. the computer takes about half an hour to boot up and once I succesfully logg in all my files, and apps are curropt. I've been trying to fix it for hours, but nothing works. I can't uninstall the programs in the control pannel because they "don't exist" even though they take up just as much space as they did before, and I can't restore my computer. everytime i restart the computer it does the same thing. the only thig I've ever changed on the pc has been my graphics card. please help

Hi

I suggest 2 media, preferably USB and large capacity.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Create Windows 10 installation media

To get started, you will first need to have a license to install Windows 10. You can then download and run the media creation tool. For more information on how to use the tool, see the instructions below.

The above should be relevant to an ASUS as well as a HP hardware.
'cept any reference to HP drivers.

If in doubt please ask.

So the part in the help I offered about needing another PC?

Family, Friend, College, School, Library etc.

First:- Turn off the computer, press and hold the PWR button for 4 seconds.

Then - Leave only keyboard and mouse connected, disconnect all externally connected
devices such as Docking Station, USB storage devices, displays, and printers.
Unplug the AC adapter from the computer.

Next - Press and Hold the Power button for 15 seconds to Hard Reset.
Rinse and Repeat

AND/OR - Power on your PC, press Esc (repeatedly), then F2 at the prompt.
Choose System Tests (Fast Test does a 4 minute hardware check).

AND/OR - Windows Logo key + Ctrl + Shift + B
(This key sequence actually restarts you graphics driver (W10 only).)

AND/OR - If you’re using multiple displays, try projecting video to a different monitor.
Press the Windows Logo key + P, select a display, and then press Enter.

OR pay for ir to be repaired.
