HP TouchSmart
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My USB keyboard and USB mouse are not recognized by the computer once the windows home screen appears. I mean, they work perfectly while the HP logo appears in the screen and when the boot options are displayed (those that tell tou to press F11 or F10 to open a menu). But as soon as the windows logo appears and a little *woosh* sounds inside the PC, both of the devices AREN'T RECOGNIZED ANYMORE. I looked up for solutions but they all involve entering my account, but i can't because i'm not even capable of entering my password. The touchscreen also won't work, so using it to enter my account isn't an option. The thing is that they are functional until windows runs. I tried pressing the CAPS LOCK key several times to check if the little light works (it did) or to check when the problem began. As I mentioned before, the keyboard stopped working when windows started to load, but the new thing was that everytime i pressed any key, the caps lock light would flash (it didn't stay on or off).
