Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

USB ports not working => keyboard not working => i can't check and change BIOS setup. I assume the ports are disabled.

The PS/2 port is missing.

If possible, it is better to communicate in Russian

Welcome to HP Support Community

As per the Product Specifications: https://support.hp.com/si-en/document/c05850970, the HP 260-a104ur Desktop does not have PS/2 ports but rather uses the USB ports for Keyboard and Mouse

Have you tried the USB Keyboard with other computers?

Does the computer recognize other USB devices? Do you face this issue only with one particular USB port?

Keep me posted 😊

Since none of the USB Ports are working, I would request you to contact HP Support for Service Options

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.

Thank you
