Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, I recently updated my BIOS as my Windows update manager instructed. I waited until the screen showed that it had failed to update, and it would wait 15 seconds until restarting my PC and showing me the same screen as before. I've searched numerous different methods to try solving this including trying to use my USB drive as a recovery option and pressing ESC, but trying to get into BIOS would also restart my PC. I tried the WIN+B while powering it on, which would say that the BIOS recovery files cannot be found or the files are corrupted. I put the USB in many different places, from the IO and the front, and tried removing all my peripherals and trying it again. All methods did not work; is there any way to fix this or do I have to get another motherboard to fix this issue? Also, will HP cover my replacement parts in case it is permanently damaged and needs a completely new motherboard? Or is there another specific method of turning on the computer that will force boot it with the USB drive?

A little update: I've tried resetting by removing the CMOS battery for a few minutes (around 15) and it still did not boot.
