Have you tried changing the usb port, front to back?

Yes.  Tried all 6 USB Ports and both wireless and wired mouse and keyboard.  Hard boot takes me back to normal start screen without removing any data (like I never did a reset).

You had installed windows 10, and you finally used which option to reset , it seemed to work, process something, or not?
if you start the computer, and you type several times the key immediately f10 (normally for the bios unless you know the key for this model)
Anyway, can you access the bios?

Yes.  I can use F10, but not sure how to get it to acknowledge USB ports past that step.  Once I leave BIOS setup, I lose mouse and keyboard access.
