After a Windows update and restart I can only access the blue recovery screen. I attempted every single option to get into Windows including:
Roll back to restore point (PC claims no restore point available)
PC reset, both options (There was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made)
Command prompts (sfc /scannow Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation, reagentc /disable then enable etc)
Automatic Repair couldn't repair your PC
You have pending update actions and we won't be able to uninstall the latest quality update of Windows
Startup Repair couldn't repair your PC
Windows Resource Protection found integrity violations when I run verifyonly
I feel I need a recovery media DVD as only option. Any ideas on what I can do to get PC back to running?

read the whole document carefully, you have to start the computer from this usb key
Step 4: Recover the system
- Insert the USB boot device that you created, and then turn off the computer.
- Turn on the computer, and then immediately press the Esc key repeatedly, about once every second, until the Startup Menu opens.
- Press the F9 key to open Boot Device Options.
- Use the up or down arrow keys to select the USB drive, and then press Enter.
