Always sign into my computer with a PIN and then suddenly that option was gone. Tried using microsoft account password and states it is wrong. So, I reset it through another computer and still cannot access. Tried to boot to OS disk and create a new user with the utilman.exe fix but when I boot to OS disk, cmd states there are no fixed disks or volumes. My computer is just now a big door stop. Can't reset without the password, can't repair with the password...please help.

@banhien, as stated in the original post, I have already reset the microsoft password and it still wasn't working. I was able to boot to the OS installation disk and load the controller driver and was then able to reset the utilman.exe and add a new administrator account. I was able to log into the computer after completing these tasks. Thanks for your help though.
