Product: HP ENVY Desktop - 700-406
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

After over a year of not signing on to this computer I tried to sign on today but I have forgotten the logon password. Is this a Microsoft password? I’ve gone through their support and tried to reset it but have had no luck and there’s no way to talk to a live agent. Any suggestions would be helpful.
