It is so I can upgrade my processor, but also would like to know why my bios is not even listed. It seems weird to me. I do feel like my bios is corrupted. It doesn’t allow to be updated and you cannot use a recovery flash drive to fix the bios because the firmware management option is no longer on the bios screen. It used to be. I have used the hp bios recovery keystroke but it did nothing. I also attempted to use all bios’ for my board and they all said it could not be validated. I tried contacting hp but it just directed me to the forums. Thank you all for your effort.

I looked at the BIOS's listed by @Prométhée and picked the one closest after the 4/17/2017 BIOS date of your CPUz printout
"sp80442.exe"
That catalog contains 11 files including one named "ME2_8008.exe" which seems to match your bios version
The script "flash.bat" that installs the bios examines the ROM SSID and either flashes the 8008 or the A012
My guess is that your motherboard has 2 variations with the same SSID and the 8008 is the only one that works on your system.
Here is part of the script (flash.bat)
ECHO == Which system BIOS you want to execute? ==
ECHO == (1) HP Consumer Desktop PC BIOS Update (ROM Family SSID 2B2C) BIOS v80.08 ==
ECHO == (2) HP Consumer Desktop PC BIOS Update (ROM Family SSID 2B2C) BIOS vA0.12 ==
ECHO == (3) EXIT the SoftPAQ update program. ==
If you run the script and put in "2" I suspect that the bios A0.12 will be installed OR you might get an error message
FWIW, this is not good versioning practice and no-where did I see where 8008 and A0.12 were explained.
You are on your own from here on.
See if the CPU works ok as @Prométhée suggested if not then return it.

Thank you everyone for your suggestions!
Another thought
You could use 7zip to examine some of the more recent bios looking for a number such as 80.08 or :"bigger" and try installing that
also
AMI 80.08 is probably a bios for an unbranded motherboard. Look carefully at your motherboard for a manufacturer such as MSI, ASUS, etc
If there is an ASUS part number then ASUS support may have a more recent BIOS and it would likely follow the 80.08 numbering scheme. Just a guess.

Hi
One last time @Terry179
I understand that you want to install a new processor
What I am asking you is what is the model exactly, is it included in the list that I indicated to you at the beginning!
possibly, is the processor new or used?
I ask this simply, to know if the processor must be 100% compatible, with this motherboard and if it could be defective!
And one last time, before you end up with a broken computer, don't insist.
And if you need to install an update, just try first with the indications recommended by hp and only hp bios
since we are several to answer here, we go from one recommendation to another, it is not the best
Therefore, I would no longer intervene, leaving you with @ for the rest!

It is therefore in the compatible list, so give it a try, you will have less risk than if you miss the flash of the bios
If it does not work then either you return it to the seller, or you insist on trying to update the bios, which I do not recommend anyway, if none of them work as I could understand
pity that it is not mentioned with which version of the bios it came out, but see, a model originally delivered with the processor
