Ok so basically I go to choose keyboard layout click US, then it shows troubleshoot or shut down, obviously trouble shoot I click it tried everything possible, bio, system recovery, auto recovery, file recovery, recovery manager, etc I tried every single thing……I have no idea on what to do it’s been like this for months and their is no local hp windows place for me to go for my problem. I’m just stuck in a constant loop of keyboard layout and troubleshoot and neither work. I even tried all of these multiple times thinking it would work or restarted millions of times hopping for a different outcome and countless YouTube videos that didn’t help. Now I just need help please.
