After Recovery Manager prompts me to Click “Continue” to begin the recovery process, I am brought back to the “Select your language” keyboard screen. I select “US” and go back to the options: Troubleshoot, or Turn off your PC.
Back story: My kid did some shady downloads which resulted in my running a malware scan and quarantining the files. When I attempted to restart my PC, I ran into this problem. Now Windows won’t open.
can anyone assist? I have no disk to reboot with. I tried the automated help, which was no help. I’m not getting error messages.
