HP Pavillion 23 - 23-h017c - also serial #4CS4170BXY
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I keep getting the following when I attempt to update to Windows 10 version 1903- Feature update to Windows 10, version 1903 The Windows 10 May 2019 Update is on its way. We're offering this update to compatible devices, but your device isn't quite ready for it. Once your device is ready, you'll see the update available on this page. There's nothing you need to do at this time.

It won't update to the version 1903, so what should I do to make my computer compatible? HELP!

Please download ISO file from the following link

   https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Then

(a) Remove ALL USB devices,

(b) Mount ISO file and run Setup,

(c) Do not ask for download updates,

(d) Select keep user files and all applications,

And don't touch to it. The process normally runs for around 35mins to 50mins depending on your machine.

(e) Run Windows updates at the end.

Regards.

Do I unplug my keyboard & mouse also? They are USB connected. I've tried using the Update program in settings but it never works right. I've had it start the process, and about halfway through it'll rollback changes to my system
