Where can I go to find out if this PC can be upgraded to Windows 10? Current configuration is i5-3330S CPU, 12.0 GB RAM, Intel HD Graphics (integrated). Desktop does have a slot for graphics card if that were an issue for upgrading to Windows 10.

You're very welcome.
Try it out without buying a graphics card.
W10 should automatically install the Intel graphics driver it needs.
Should you run into issues (which I doubt you will), buy a used but tested and working AMD Radeon HD 6450 1 GB graphics card with the standard mounting bracket, not the low-profile bracket.
The Dell-branded cards will work fine.

Hi:
You should be able to upgrade the PC to W10, but you posted that you are already running W10.
So, what operating system do you want to upgrade to?
For W11, your PC does not meet the processor requirements and lacks the required TPM 2.0 security chip.
If you are interested in installing W11 on your PC as is, you can read this discussion for how I upgraded several HP and Dell notebook and desktop PC's that did not meet the W11 hardware requirements to W11.

If you want to upgrade from W8.1 > W10...
Make a bootable W10 USB installation drive with the media creation tool.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
After the media has been created, do not boot from the media.
Open the flash drive in Windows explorer and double-click on the setup application you see in the list of files to begin the upgrade process.
You can go back to W8.1 within 10 days if things don't work right as long as you don't delete any of the upgrade files or the Windows.old folder.

If you upgrade to W10 and have no audio, this W10 audio driver should work...Restart the PC after installing the driver.
