Hello,

I am experiencing significant performance issues with my HP computer. Over the past week, my PC has been extremely slow and not useable. Specifically, when I try to run games like Fortnite, the system can barely handle it — the game freezes, and the audio repeats rapidly at a very loud volume. This issue is very disruptive, and it makes gaming or even general use nearly impossible.

Additionally, the computer is struggling to maintain stable performance during simple tasks such as a Discord call, where it lags or freezes entirely.

I have already checked my Wi-Fi connection, and there are no issues there. Given that these problems have persisted for about a week now, I would like assistance in diagnosing and repairing the issue.

Could you please guide me through the troubleshooting steps, or arrange a repair if necessary?
