Hi @Talkinggame
HP Specs show DDR3 1333 ECC unbuffered support.
Try the DDR3 1600 ECC memory.
The DDR3 1600 memory will install in the memory slot but the PC may not POST.

Hello BIll!
I have a z600 with version 1 motherboard. and you're right they come with a memory error becuase they're too big sticks (supports max 8gb) and its registerd memory.
my question is if i change my motherboard to the V2 Board will these sticks of ram fit.

Hi @Talkinggame
Do you have any information on this part number?
Impossible to verify RAM compatibility without reviewing the MB specs.
