My system is not booting up from the last 20 days now. HP technician diagnosed an IC chip cracked on the motherboard. Now HP is not honouring the warranty by saying its "Unintentional Damage". They are not able to explain how this happened and I am just getting copy paste answers. Can anyone help me understand how, without any fault of mine, I am being penalised here? If HP cannot guarantee that their product will last for 3 years, they should not give a warranty then.
