I have been having a great many issues with my PC and have downloaded an HP Recovery Drive onto a USB Flash Drive as per the HP suggestion.  How do I use it exactly? And what should I expect to accomplish by doing so ?

Do I need to do something extra to make it bootable on its own?

Thank you in adavnce for your time and knowledge.

Where is the instruction/suggestion come from ? Is it from the Cloud Recovery tool

If yes and you followed the instruction to create a right installation media (in this case USB). You can boot from USB, no need to do anything more.
