Hello.
I am having issues with my photo editing software, the program keeps going into no response.
I believe the CPU AMD A10 - 970 RADEON R7, 10 computercores 4C + 6g, on my HP Pavilion Desktop - 570-p019na is not compatible with Windows 11.
I'm wondering if any one else have come across the same problem
I would very much appreciate any advise offered on to overcome the problem. TIA

Hi:
According to the processor upgrade info on your PC's specs page (click on the motherboard specs link), none of the processors supported in that motherboard meet Microsoft's minimum W11 processor requirements.

Here is the list of W11-supported AMD processors:

If you are interested in installing W11 on your PC as is, you can read this discussion for how I upgraded several HP and Dell notebook and desktop PC's that did not meet the W11 hardware requirements to W11 22H3.
You have to use the version of the Rufus utility that I zipped up and attached in the discussion (v3.18).

If the in-place upgrade fails, then you will need to clean install W11 using the bootable W11 installation flash drive you made with Rufus.

Hi Paul.
Thank you very much for your prompt reply.
It sounds a little to advanced for my limited knowledge. I will pass on your recommendation to my computer savvy friend.
As soon the Rufus Utility etc is tried out I will come back to to forum with the outcome.
Thanks once more Alg
