Product: All in one desktop
When I turned on my laptop, I had a message that says "something happened and your PIN isn't available. Choose another sin- in option... etc. See picture. I don't have another sign in options

First, you say twice this is a laptop, but yet, you posted this in the DESKTOPS section and say it is a desktop in your thread header. So which is it, really?
Second, you've provided us no model information, so there is no way for us to tell what it is.
Third, You mention a picture, but have provide none -- so there is nothing for us to see.
Without any details, we can't provide any help.
