Product: OMEN by HP Obelisk Desktop 875-0034

Over the summer my SSD died and the geek squad at the local shop replaced it. I didn't have the restoration file from when I first got the computer because I lost the jump drive it was on.  Is there another place I can download the original system restore files?

You can use the HP cloud recovery tool and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with the PC.

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.

 

HP Cloud Recovery Tool - Microsoft Store Apps

 

Since you will have to use the utility on another PC, you will need to enter the PC's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.

 

The PC's product number is: 4NN43AA#ABA
