Hi:

 

Since you upgraded the PC to W10, you can reinstall W10 for free by using the Microsoft media creation tool at the link below to create a bootable W10 USB installation flash drive.

If you are asked to enter a product key during the installation process, select the 'I don't have a product key' option, and W10 will install and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.

 

Then you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page...

You posted that your notebook had W10 installed.

 

In the USA, you can order recovery media from this vendor at the link below...

If you don't live in the United States, you will have to contact HP support in your country and see if they still sell recovery media.

I can also give you a way to install W8.1 Pro for free by using the W8 Pro product key in your PC's BIOS.

 

Let me know if you want to pursue that option.

 

W8 is not available for download.

I suggest you fill out the 'Contact us' information and see if they will send recovery media to China, and what type of media it is (DVD or USB).
