I looked here but cannot find your DO system.

What is the exact product ID?

In the mean time, try

Clear Dust from the Vents

  • All-in-one computers trap heat and dust along the back perimeter or bottom vents.
  • Use a low-power vacuum attachment or gentle compressed air around the outside vents to suck or blow the dust away.
  • Note: Avoid opening or disassembling the AIO chassis unless you are experienced; AIOs are tightly packed, difficult to take apart, and doing so can risk cracking the screen or voiding your warranty. As most users on Super User agree, sticking to external vent cleaning is the safest bet.[1, 3]
