Hi,

So yesterday I was on my hp laptop ( Model : 15 - p086sa ) and it was on charge showing the orange light and suddenly it turned off with no warning. I tried turning it back on and nothing happened. I then tried reconnecting the charger and turning it on and off again but it didnt work. I thought I’d leave it to charge over night and come back to it in the morning.

 

Its been charging all night and still doesnt turn on. I dont know what could be wrong with my laptop. If anyone knows whats going on please tell me how to solve this problem, thank you!

Hello, you can try to make an hardware reset. For this you need to unplug your AC adapter, and your PC's battery if removable, and press during 30 seconds Power button with any power. 
After replug PC's battery and AC adapter and tell me color of the LED alongside AC connector (on your PC).
