hello, i can't upgrade from Win 7 to Win 10. Microsoft blame the computer. is that correct ?

Hi

Microsoft blaming someone/something else is quite likely, but it does not mean they are wrong.

Drivers there for Windows 8 so maybe it is possible.  

 

How have you or they determined it cannot be upgraded?

What kind of issues are you experiencing when trying to upgrade to W10?

 

I have two HP 8200 Elite CMT's which are the slightly upscale versions of your HP 6200 Pro, have the same BIOS, etc., and they both run W10 v1909 just fine.

 

I originally upgraded them from W10 > W10 in 2015 when the free upgrade first came out.
