Thanks for the suggestion. I did update the IMEI unfortunately it didn't solve the sleep awakening problem.

Thanks for your help. I did as indicated in the article you sent (be sure to put the device name in parenthesis) after running the powercfg -devicequery wake_armed (as administrator) and the problem is solved.
