Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I did HP system recovery for windows 10 factory reset. It not taking me to windows setup screens. all it is asking me to select the language and always taking me to choose an option page.

Two questions ...

 

First, WHY are you trying to do a factory reset? What problem are you trying to fix?

 

Second, what is on the options page you are seeing -- please describe it.

 

We can proceed when you provide the information.
