I am using Compaq Presario CQ 40 and mistakenly i uninstalled all internet user platform - how can i use internet or upgrade my system

Hi:

 

I don't understand what you mean by you uninstalled all Internet user platforms.

 

If you mean you uninstalled Internet Explorer or other web browsers, you will need another PC and a USB flash drive to download a browser installation file so you can access the web.

 

I recommend you use Google Chrome to do that, since Internet Explorer has been retired and is no longer supported by Micrsoft.

 

How to download Google Chrome's offline installer (bleepingcomputer.com)

 

After you download the standalone file, copy it to a USB flash drive.

 

Plug the flash drive into your CQ40 and run the setup file from the flash drive.

 

After Google Chrome has been installed, you should be able to access the world wide web again.
