Hi:

You need to use this utility to put the USB drivers into your W7 installation flash drive.

There is a readme file on how to use the utility on the webpage.

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25476/NUCs-Windows-7-USB-3-0-Creator-Utility

The reason you can install W10 and not W7 is there is no USB3 driver support in the W7 installation media, which is why the KB and mouse freeze when you get to a certain section of the installation.

Hi,

I have a HP Prodesk 400 G4 MT PC. I am trying to install Windows 7 Professional 32 bit after copying the USB Driver using the tool "Windows 7 USB 3-0 Creator Utility". But still the USB Keyboard is not recognized when selecting the Language. I tried a lot. Please Suggest.

Thanks and Regards,

Este método não esta dando certo, apresenta este erro,

"Beginning patch process...
Initializing dism... Complete
Getting image information... Error: 0x80070003"

teria alguma forma de me ajudar?

Estou usando Windows 7 Pro 64bits

Ao finalizar a instalação teclado e mouse não são reconhecidos.

Tentei adicionar os drivers que foram disponibilizados neste link passado pelo metodo DISM, porém não tive sucesso.

I was able to solve it using an HP "HP Cloud Recovery" program, and I was able to process the intel using a .iso, but I do not know if I can provide the link here, if I can send the link.

Try this method:
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/caps-softpaq/CloudRecovery/crsupportedplatform.html

I'm using Google Translate, I'm sorry
