Upon start up Windows boot manager comes up and states to insert the Windows installation disc, however my computer doesn't have a disc drive nor did the computer come with any recovery discs or USB drives. How can I move past this screen or obtain a windows installation USB?

Hi:
Your PC is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility...you will need to use another PC running Windows 7 64 bit or newer and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.

Your other option would be to use the media creation tool from the link below to create a bootable USB installation flash drive.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
You will not need the product key to reinstall Windows 10.
After W10 has completed installing you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
