Hi there , I try to setup a freash windows ( from bootable USB ) after I format my HDD and add more SSD .
I get this :
Windows cannot be installed to this disk. This computer's hardware may not support booting to this disk. Ensure the disk's controller is enabled in the computer's BIOS menu.
I ready google it , but it need AHCI mode , this mode not there in my BIOS ?? that make me crazy m even I try the Rapid tech, still the same issue .
is there any why to setup windows 10 ?
my pc is , HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop 790-0050 i7 16GB ram

Hi:
If you want to boot from the 360 GB drive, then you should plug it in SATA port 0, and put the DVD drive in SATA port 2.
Then you may also need the correct storage controller drivers.
See this discussion, and use the same ones I posted for this forum member...

You're very welcome.
Did you check the box to only include the compatible driver?
I don't see the box checked in your screenshot.
There are several drivers in that zip file I posted, and the one you have appearing in your screenshot does not seem like the right one to me.

RAID is fine.
That's not the problem. I don't know what is, but it isn't the drive controller setting.
I think the right driver is in the iaStorAC setup information file.
The problem is I don't know what hardware ID your PC's raid controller has.
