OMEN by HP - 15-dc0002ng
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, i have a OMEN by HP - 15-dc0002ng and tried to reinstall Windows 10 but every try fails.

I downloaded the Windows 10 iso from the Microsoft Homepage and put it on a USB stick.

The USB Stick itself boots but whenever Windows Setup starts, it asks for a Missing Driver but does not say which driver exactly.

I downloaded all drivers from HP Support onto a second usb drives but windows cant seem to find the missing driver, also i tried out all 3 USB Ports of the Laptop.20190504_063537.jpg

Hi:

See if this works...

I have zipped up and attached the storage controller drivers for your notebook below.

Unzip the files to their folder.

Copy the file contents in the folder to a USB flash drive.

Plug the flash drive in a USB port.

With the W10 installation media in another USB port, boot from the installation media.

When you are asked to load the driver browse to the USB flash drive with the drivers on it.

If you check the box, windows should only include the compatible driver.

Then click next, and hopefully you will be able to install W10.
