Hi:
The product specs for your PC indicate that it originally came with Windows 8.1.
HP Pavilion 23-g239c All-in-One Desktop PC Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support
HP no longer sells recovery media for your PC.
You have a couple of options...
1. Order the factory image recovery kit from this vendor at the link below.
You will probably have to pay a higher mailing cost since you live in Canada.
After you do the recovery, you can click on the blue Update Now button at the link below to upgrade back to W10 for free.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
Your other option would be to use another Windows PC running Windows 7 64 bit or newer and use the Microsoft Media creation tool on the above Windows 10 Microsoft link to create a bootable USB installation flash drive, and you can clean install W10.
After the tool creates the bootable USB drive, you boot from it by having it in a USB port.
Turn on or restart the PC. Press the ESC key to get the menu of options.
Select the F9 boot options menu, and from that, select the USB flash drive with W10 on it, and press the Enter key.
The PC should boot from the USB flash drive, and the installation should begin.
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.

You could start by downloading Windows 10: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
It will write a Windows 10 Installer onto one DVD-recordable disk, or onto one 8 GB (or larger) USB memory-stick.
Boot your computer from the media, and choose "I do not have a product key".
If your computer has an Internet connection, the Installer will "call home" and get your Windows 10 product-key from Microsoft, and will "re-activate" your previously-activated copy of Windows 10.
You will lose all the HP-specific software that some people call "bloatware" that HP installed along with Windows 8.
Access the HP Support web-site for your model, and there might be device-drivers for Windows 10. But, your downloaded Windows 10 may already include those device-drivers.

You're very welcome.
How do you connect to the internet?
With a wire or wireless.
A wired connection connects automatically.
A wireless connection shows a little 'globe' icon on the bottom right of the tray.
You click on that 'globe,' find your wireless network name, connect, and enter the security key.
Please see this link for more info...

Hi:
So, you only have the airplane mode box to select?
Is the wifi adapter (adaptateur réseau sans fil) driver installed?
Go to the device manager.
Click to expand the Network adapters device manager category.
There should be both a wired ethernet and wireless network adapter listed there.
Are there any devices in the device manager that need drivers?
If the wireless network adapter is missing the driver, there will be a device listed in the device manager labeled as a contrôleur de réseau.
If you see such a device, please post the hardware ID for it, so I can figure out what driver it needs.
Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device...
