Windows cannot find à sysytem image on the computer

when I installed Windows initially with the usb key (option 2) during the installation process to be able to continue it asked me for my password to connect to my network, but when I try my password I could not pass At the next stage of the installation, the screen froze and even while waiting for several minutes nothing happened so I took the choice that was offered either to say I do not have an internet connection, to be able to continue the process. Following that, I could continue installing Windows without any problem, I told myself I will install it later when everything is completed, but I can see that by clicking on the globe, I have no choice of Internet network connection , because probably I told him during installation that I didn t have a network card.
but now is there a solution to be able to reinstall the network card or to detect it automatically on reboot or I don't know what exactly.
I restarted my modem and nothing happens
there is surely a way out of it to detect my network and have access to all the networks, I will have to indicate my password for my internet connection and everything will be OK.
because during my first installation with the use key everything had worked it asked me to indicate my password and I could continue installation automatically, it did not freeze at all. except that during the reinstallation it did that to me. if I were able to reinstall Windows and let everything install automatically that would fix the problem. but I don't know how to go up with my use key to reinstall Windows.

Hi:

I have been able to understand you pretty well.

But you didn't answer my question.

You installed windows by using the media creation tool, correct?

If you are asked to enter a product key during the installation, you selected the 'I don't have a product key' option, correct?

After Windows installs, many times the drivers for the hardware (graphics, audio network), are not installed.

You should always be able to continue the installation without connecting to the internet.  That's OK.

So, your problem is that now that Windows is installed, you cannot connect to the internet, and there has to be a reason for that.

This is why I need to know if your PC is missing the driver for the wireless network adapter, because when you clicked on the globe to set up your internet connection, it should have shown you a list of wireless networks to connect to, and it did not.

Usually the main reason for this is that Windows did not install a driver for the wireless adapter, so it shows you have no wireless.

The first thing we need to sort out is if the wireless network adapter listed in the device manager.

You can see in my screenshot below that I have a wireless network adapter and a wired ethernet adapter installed.

Yours needs to show the same thing.  They will be different model network adapters, but there should be two of them listed.

If your PC's device manager does not show two network adapters listed, then the next thing to check is to see if in the rest of the device manager, there are any devices that need drivers. 

One of them that needs a driver, will most likely be the wireless adapter.

As I posted earlier, if your Windows operating system is in French, then if the wireless adapter needs a driver, there will be a device with a little ! mark next to it labeled as a contrôleur de réseau.

If your PC's device manager does show the ethernet and wireless adapters, click on the wireless one, and make sure it shows that it is working properly.

OK Paul, i décidé to reinstall Windows and suivre the installation processus

Now l put my key usb on my computer and l cliked on setup and its indicated installation windows 10, and the perce-neige upgrade pour-cent by pour-cent l check that after when the installation will be finish and l come back if my problem will be résolve, i think that yes because in the installation l will try again put my password of my connection when it s ask me and pass to the nex step, il l am able but now l think that yes because the processus continue l am at 50% of the windows installation and no problem for the next steps at this moment.

It will be les difficultés for me that the pilotvresearch will be automatic with the installation.

Hello Paul

Good news after your help l have résolve my problem

After your help l have be able to reintall windows with the key usb

And in the processus coûtant ask me to identifier in the listé my connection internet and but my password and after all the installation procède.

At it finish with no problem all is fonctionnalités and l click on the icônes connection and i see all the connection avaliable, same as before the crash. I home it will be my last installation in the Day because you spend many time with me to résolve it, i appreciate your support and your time for me. I am glad to retreeve my pc functionnal. When l click on my icônes à l'extérieur corner l see many black icônes and ôter is in color, l don t know why, but its à détail
