Product: HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-dw1000 (1W798AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

While I am reset my laptop. Hp pavilion X

360 convertible laptop. It don't change any Hard drive or software. While reset. It brings up the Hello There screen with choose Country, region etc and when I click on next, I have the "Why did my pc restart" screen telling me to connect to the network so that it can update. Clicking on next, I get the Just a moment screen with circling dots for a while then screen goes black with HP logo and circling white dots and back to Hello Screen. I have tried reseting it several times but cannot get past this.
