Hi, I had the BIOS update on my laptop from the HP assistant. After the installation and verification, it just went off.  I am not able to start it at all. 

I need your help.

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

 

HPSA BIOS updates can sometimes cause this problem.

 

Your Laptop may have a BIOS recovery option (Link to instructions).

 

You may have to have the PC serviced by HP if all BIOS recovery steps at the above link fail.
