Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi everybody,

I have an ENVY x360 convertible laptop I tried to make the upgrade to Windows 11 as suggested by Microsoft. During the update,  the device just shut down and doesn't react to any action. As mentioned in other posts (and a common solution) I did hold the power button for 25seconds and tried to restart it. Nothing, no light, no flicker on the srceen. Any solution???
