My PC show a big blue screen(Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart) and it well start again n again I try to boot, diagnose image.jpgimage.jpg

I understand that the PC ran into a problem and needs to restart.

 

here's a list of steps that have fixed the "Preparing Automatic repair" screen: 

  

Solution 1. Perform a hard reboot 

If your Windows cannot boot because of the "Preparing Automatic Repair" or "Diagnosing your PC" error, you can do a hard reboot. Remove the battery and AC adapter. Next, press and hold the power button for 20 seconds and see if it will boot up normally. 

If this method doesn't work, try the following solutions.

 thanks .. but when i start my PC it gets into loop of Automatic repair .. all black screen ... no options for Advanced Options as in blue screen.

also my battery is inbuilt so cannot remove the same 

 

please advise now how do i break this loop
