Hi All,

Have this issue where we start up the PC and it shows management platform in manufacturing mode.

And it auto shuts down after a period of time.

Please advise. Thanks.

Greetings,

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

Check for a more recent BIOS update.

A BIOS update may fix this issue.

Hi Grzwacz,

Tried bios update/ reseting bios password/ the biosconfigutility.exe/ resettings bios to default and some other steps which i might have forgotten.

All failed to help.

Thanks.

Hi,

You're very welcome.

Remove the CR2032 MB battery to reset CMOS.

I would contact HP Support.

Hi Grzwacz,

Tried that too. Changed the CR2032 battery but unable to work too.

Have put back the CR2032 battery to the original in-case and issue still persist.

Thanks.
