HP Recommended

Hi,

I've come to do a clean install of windows 10 pro on my Z6 after upgrading the primary SSD to 1TB.

I used the cloud recovery tool before doing the procedure and built a usb with windows 10 on it, then to check it I ran it in windows and it worked (before new drive install). However, when I inserted it after the install it appears not to be a bootable USB as no matter what I select, it always reverts to the network install (Making the USB useless). In the BIOS menu (ESC) at HP logo it sees the USB drive, however it's under (Load from file and USB drive) it sees the folders on the USB drive but won't boot. (Unless I have to point it to a particular path for the install?)

Can someone point me to somewhere to make a bootable USB key / DVD for a Z6 as I thought using the cloud recovery option would have worked as this has stumbed me...

Kind regards, Andrew
