Your PC never had a TPM device, and TPM 2.0 was not included on some HP business class PCs until the Intel 6th generation core processors were introduced to market.

You will not be able to play any video games that require a TPM 2.0 security device.

so how should i bypass valorant error 9001 i respect your answer but give me a solution or help me in thing to play

There's absolutely nothing you can do.

so the only solution is downgrade the windows to 10 and play my game because in the windows it’s not necessary to require a tpm 2.0

Downgrading your PC will do absolutely nothing to let you play any video game that requires a TPM 2.0 device.

It has nothing to do with W11.

I repeat...your PC does not and never did have a TPM security device.

It has nothing to do with what Windows operating system you are running.

It has to do with hardware and the age of your PC.

If you want to play modern video games, you will have to buy a new PC.
