Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello, thank you very much first for answering or... I have several (2) HP EliteDesk 800 G4 with Windows 7, and after changing the motherboard battery (in both computers) they tell me that there is no operating system.
I had an image of the computer created with Windows and it tells me that it cannot install it because one was created with BIOS and the computer has EFI. So nothing. I also had an image created with clonozilla and after the whole process it does not start.
If I install Windows again the computer has no problem. This solution does not work for me, I need the image of the computer.
It is very strange two identical computers with the same problem.
Thanks for the possible solutions.

Greetings @Rovreal

Welcome to the HP Forum.

Replacing MB batteries will reset CMOS to defaults. Try changing the default BIOS settings from Secure Boot to Legacy support.

Carefully read the document at this HP Site for details.
