Very unusual to see this happening, your PC shipped with W10. W10 and W11 system internals are very similar.
It is possible the drive may have failed.
Check this Forum Link for troubleshooting tips. Check the embedded link at this Forum link for driver installation tips if the drive is detected in the BIOS and Device Manager.

thank you so much for the answer, the problem is linked to driver, I get the error code 39. driver could be missing or damaged, but on HP site I see that no driver for windows 11 is available. I also installed all windows update and.. nothing. I really do not know how to find the driver

Hi @Emancini75
Windows provides system DVD drivers. HP or any other OEM would not have this driver available for download.
Try the following commands at an administrative command prompt to check and repair system files:
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
Upon completion run this command:
sfc /scannow
Then try all steps at this HP Site? Open "The CD/DVD drive does not display" for troubleshooting steps.
