I don't really know if this is part of Desktop Operating System and Recovery stuff, but I do have a problem with adbwinapi.dll. It seems like the desktop is not supporting that stuff (ADB). I've downloaded the file from the Android SDK which is a trusted one. I need help with these by the way. can you suggest any actions for this? ADB helped me a lot by the way when I was having problem in my phone like unable to install stuff.

Thanks a lot by the wayScreenshot 2025-07-13 105248.png

An android app is meant to tun on an Android device.  (phone or tablet :ETC)  I have heard that Windows 11 can run android software but IDK if it will not natively.  It might need add additional setup,-  Help.

You may gain some insight on that here:

IDK if that article will help or not or you might need to Google for the steps needed to run Android apps on Windows 11.

Also, depending on the original problem the Android Debug Bridge Tool (ADB)  might not be the solution needed to fix your problem.  If will please explain the Windows ( OS and Recovery problem)  you are having, someone might give you what is needed and you will not need the Android Debug Bridge Tool (ADB) after all.
