We're not an infosecurity forum, so we have no information on how to deal with infections.
You will have to do online searches to see what they recommend -- but the truth of the situation is that you can't be guaranteed that any software will remove all traces of any malware because some of that is very good at hiding from antimalware products.
The only SAFE thing is to do a Secure Erase of your drive -- which wipes out everything -- and then use the HP Cloud Recovery tool to create a Windows install USB stick with which you can reinstall Windows.
