Product: EHP ENVY All-in-One - 27-b114
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am unable to update my BIOS, will not flash. Get a message that current BIOS is newer than the one I am trying to flash it with. But that is not correct. Been trying to update for months the same message no matter how new the BIOS is.

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

 

There appears to be a problem with the BIOS update HP is offering here (Link) MB SSID 82F3 and your MB's SSID  8269 found at these two HP Support sites.

 

Look in motherboard description for the MB SSID.

 

1. Monza-U Kabylake (Link)

2. Monza-U (Link)

 

I would not mess with the BIOS update until HP fixes this discrepancy.
