HP Compaq dc7600 Small Form Factor PC

Hello! HP Compaq dc7600 small form factor PC. BIOS Hewlett-Packard version 786D1 v01.03.

BIOS settings cannot be changed. Requires a password. Without the password you can only view. The password is unknown.

I've removed the battery for 12 hours, pressed the CMOS button. Not solved the problem!

What is the engineering password?

How to solve the problem?

Hi:

 

You have to clear the BIOS password by removing the green password jumper on the motherboard.

 

See the troubleshooting guide below, Pages B-2 and B-3.

Here is a representative picture of the dc7600 SFF motherboard...the green password jumper according to this picture is located just above the white SATA port.
