May i ask for why my laptop become blue screen error

This is usually caused by an update to windows that includes a driver that does not work. I could also be an actual hardware problem.

1 - Check to see if there is a hardware problem: Watch this video.

Tap the ESC key after powering on. Tap it once a second after you see the LEDs on the keyboard flash. When you see the startup menu, press F2 to run diagnostics.

If a component fails during the UEFI test then Click here to check warranty

If the component is not tested then possibly it is in the updated version of UEFI diagnostics.

HP releases newer UEFI diagnostics periodically.
When you select F2 during boot you are requesting UEFI diagnostics.
There is an updated diagnostics package Click Here
Look for the phrase 'issues outside the OS',
Expand the '+' symbol and click the DOWNLOAD button.
The version of the UEFI diagnostics is shown at the left of that DOWNLOAD button.
When you press F2 to run diagnostics please ensure the version is the new one.

2 - That is a driver problem, probably cause by a windows update, or less likely: file corruption.

You need to boot into safe mode to fix the problem.
Click here to see how to start your system in safe mode.

Bring up the Windows Device Manager and look for errors
Sometimes you can just delete the defective device and reboot to have Windows find the correct one.
If Windows put the wrong one in then you need to roll back the driver to the previous one.
You can also run SFC or DISM to fix file corruption while in safe mode.

SFC and DISM are both tools that scan and repair corrupted system files. However, SFC uses a cached version of the files, while DISM uses the internet to download and fix the files.

Try the SFC first and if that gives a message that it cannot fix the problem then try the DISM tool.

Let me know what you find out.
