Cooling Fan not working! My desktop is 3 days out of warranty Great! Any suggestions other than not being able to work while being repaired. Which also appears to be a drawn out process of 3-4 weeks ugh!!!!

@brit64 -- Any suggestions?

You would have to pay HP for any out-of-warranty repair.

Instead, find a local owner/operator computer store, and take your computer there, for "same-day service", and pay them (no shipping costs, no delay).

Since @itsmyname already provide you sound advice, I just wanted to add some comments of my own ...

First, I'm pretty sure you are NOT running Windows 11 -- since that has only come on PCs that have been sold in the last few weeks.  This is important because if the repair facility needs to reinstall Windows, they need to know the RIGHT version.

Second, this is an All-in-One, which is basically an oversized laptop with all of the downsides of a laptop and none of the upsides. To repair these, you have to PRY OFF  the screen -- and more often that not, that breaks the screen, rendering the device useless (if you have a touch screen).

Thus, if you DO take it into repair, be sure to take pictures of the screen BEFORE you do that -- to prove it was intact, later.  And get assurances from the repair place that if they crack or break the screen, they will replace the AIO outright!  If they won't give you those assurances, then you have taken it to the wrong place.

And, HP does not do out of warranty repairs as they are not a general PC repair outfit.
