i havent even used this computer 20 times and i turn it on and its given me recovery pc.device needs repaired boot configuration file doesnt contain valid information for an operatoning symstem

youll need to use recovery tools. if you dont have an installation media like a disc or usb device contact pc administrator or pc. device manufacturer

Sometimes things go wrong.

 

Before attempting any recovery please runs some hardware tests.

Scroll down to the test that uses the BIOS

 

I think you press the ESC key to be to run that diagnostics.

We need to ensure the hard drive is working OK before doing any repairs.

Pleas post back after you run the tests.

i did it wil not run it go back to the same screen and i tried rebooting it.
