Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hey, i just installed new window (10, 64 bit). on my hp operating system. i am trying to open this 2021 Waec Runz website. but the website is still asking, "the site is disconnected". while the site is okay on my mobile. same issue is happening when I try to open facebook and whatsapp. is there's any issue created during window? solve this error please

Did you also install network drivers for your machine ? What is it ?
